Terms of Service

By creating an account or using GofShof you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must provide accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for one person and should not be shared. You must be at least 13 years old to use GofShof.

New accounts get a free trial of the full app. Trial length is shown when you sign up and may change for future users. We may end a trial early if it is being abused, for example through repeated sign-ups.

After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from Profile then Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Payments already made are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Do not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the lessons, audio recordings, or other content; attempt to break or overload the service; or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

All course content, recordings, and software in GofShof belong to us or our contributors, and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning only. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the app without obligation to you.

GofShof is provided “as is”. We add, change, and remove lessons and features over time, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the app will be free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently removes your progress. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms.

If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use GofShof after a change means you accept the updated terms.
